The Board provides strategic direction, supervision and adequate controls with the ultimate objective of promoting the success and long-term value of the company. The Board comprises non-executive, independent and executive directors. Amongst the members of the Board are:

OWA Samuel O. FCIM (CHAIRMAN/CEO)

Mr Owa is the Executive Chairman. A product of the University of Lagos and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he graduated in Law and Accounting respectively. He also holds an MBA from the Esut Business School, Enugu. A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he started his banking career at Afribank in 1985 and later moved to Trade Bank where he rose to manager in the Energy Department before retiring in December 2005 to pursue private business. His over twenty years banking experience covers such areas as Investment, Energy/Marine and Management. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Nigeria Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria. A member of the Ikoyi Club, he is happily married with children.

FAWEHINMI Temitope (DIRECTOR)

Temitope Fawehinmi is a graduate of Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, Takoma park, Maryland, United States. She brings to the organization arrays of experience acquired over the years working with top class international organizations of global repute. Her expertise covers areas of investment promotion/global partnerships, industrial development, Small and Micro Business assistance/mentoring, Energy, Housing Projects, Agricultural empowerment Initiatives, Healthcare. She is an individual who is deeply rooted in humanitarian services, and has partnered with most Governments of the world, Community Leaders and Humanitarian relief organizations in creating effective poverty alleviation and economic development platforms in most developing countries of Sub Sahara Africa. She was Vice President, Business Development at the Trillion Group, USA, a global development company with focus on promoting/facilitating economic development and poverty alleviation. She is well vast in ICT and telecommunication having worked extensively with most telecommunication companies in the world. Temitope is a partner in Greystones Engineering Nigeria Limited, and with her experience and expertise grown the company to a top class engineering company in the area of equipment procurement and leasing, housing projects, as well as the downstream oil sector. She also occupies the board of most reputable organizations in Nigeria.

BALOGUN Adebisi S. (DIRECTOR)

Mr. Balogun Adebisi is the project manager. Mr. Balogun is a graduate of computer science and a member of Nigeria Computer Society. His experience cover such area as virtual network private administration, system engineering, networking and administration, software programming, web programming, management and administration, information dissemination over VoIP, information technology infrastructure procurement, configuration and maintenance to mention but few. Over his career, Mr Balogun has worked with Wats World Link Computer – a subsidiary of West African Theology Seminary, Nigeria Society of Engineers and also as Information System Officer and Bid Administrator in Stonebridge Holdings Limited. Mr. Balogun is married and blessed with children.
